In season 2, the setting of the series shifts from the maternity ward to the pediatric ward of a fictional hospital. The team is once again on call “day and night” to help children with a wide range of conditions from babies to teenagers. At the same time, the balance between work and private life is under severe strain: staff struggle with long shifts, high work pressure, and personal challenges.
