Wanted: Motion graphics designer

Flow Postproduction is one of Belgium’s leading post-production studios and part of The Flow Group, together with Studio l’Equipe (Brussels & Wallonia) and Filmmore (The Netherlands). From grading and sound to VFX, subtitling and even analogue film processing, we craft stories with care.
Our Antwerp-based studio is looking for a talented designer with a strong visual eye and a passion for storytelling through design and motion to join our team.
We are looking for a designer first, someone who understands that great motion graphics start with a rock-solid static foundation. If kerning matters to you, colour makes you happy, and you’ve paused a film just to admire the title sequence, we’d love to meet you.
You notice the details others miss, and you believe every frame deserves the same level of care. Bonus points if you’ve lost a few hours of your life browsing Art of the Title and consider that time well spent.
You’ll create title sequences, motion graphics, end credits, social assets and visual identities for films, documentaries, television and streaming productions, working closely with directors, editors and producers.
You bring:
- A creative mindset: You are able to develop strong creative concepts while maintaining a high level of execution and quality. You keep up with current creative trends, techniques, and innovations in motion design
- Strong design craft: You have a strong understanding of composition, color, typography, and visual storytelling
- Technical expertise: You are proficient in Adobe After Effects (and its ecosystem of plugins), Illustrator, and Photoshop. You’re comfortable working in InDesign. Knowledge of 3D software and workflows is a big plus
- A collaborative approach: You understand post-production workflows and deliverables. You communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating with directors, editors, producers, and fellow designers.
